  2. I know this might sound premature to some but man am I excited! I got through week one of eating better and doing this program. I have so much more energy already and a great sense of satisfaction. Praise the Lord! Can't wait to start week two!
  3. Hi there! Never been able to stick with a fitness plan long term. After loosing around 40lbs I promised myself I would never let myself be over 200lbs again. Well I let myself slip and just went over the mark. Enough is enough. I am not super fond of running yet. But just completed day one. I hope to be able to see it through and run a race in sept. Any tips for sticking with it?
