  1. Thanks again everyone! I completed the first week with not too much trouble. However, I am doing this with my wife. We both are doing this with weightloss and exercise as a main goal. I am not pressured to run a 5K in 8 weeks so we are starting week 1 again. We want to take it slow and loose weight along the way. I appreciate all of the support!
