That's an awesome tip. I will try that as well. I make a point not to breathe through my mouth if I can help it. Breathing through my nose has helped me to not tire so quickly. I'm also a new runner so I may be doing it all wrong. Hahaha.
I'm turning 34 this year and have never ran before. I downloaded this app and I'm now on week 2 day 1. Today was tough but I pushed through it. I know you can do it too!!! WE GOT THIS!!
