Giving this a go. Starting 7/13/15. Age 45. Hopefully run an official 5k 9/20/15, the CVS 5K in Providence, RI. Even more hopeful is it will be with my daughter. Even more more hopeful it will be with my daughter and wife. Fingers crossed, have to get and stay healthy.
