Hi Gordon and Heyjude, C25K will act on top of whatever music you currently have playing, so if you play music through Spotify before starting the app, your Spotify music will play. The same is true for Soundcloud and iTunes, although with Soundcloud I am uncertain whether the tracks are continuous without using some sort of 'Next' button! Enjoy and happy running! ☺️ Jak
