ok so I'm a 40 male, not massively overweight but not too fit either... I started to eat very healthy and taking up the challenge to loose 1 stone. Cutting down on food isn't going to get me the desired result so started the programme.
I opted to run outside and did the week 1 day 1 last Friday. Must admit I struggled on the later runs is this normal..?
I've also decided each sat / sun I'm going to do a brisk walk for 5k which apart from a little pain in the shins wasn't too bad...
Is there anything else I can do to get my jogging better??
