Myfitnesspal syncing question

I had this same problem, and I checked on the myfitnesspal site. When you go to share with myfitnesspal, and it just stops responding, go to myfitnesspal, log out, and then log back in. Then, go back to your C25k app, and you should have your option to sync. It worked like a charm for me
