I'm 36yrs old mother of 3 wonderful children, 16, 5 and 18 month old. Started walking and running on my own just to try to get back in shape after my last baby! Already did 3 5Ks and a Half marathon this year. I thought I need something more formal for training, that is when I started using the C25k. I'm on week 4 day 1. Tomorrow I'm running another 5 K for Independence Day!! Hopefully I'll be improving my timing after using this program. Feeling excited!!
