  1. I tracked it on MapMyWalk also just so that I would know how far I ran/walked.
  2. I started today also! This app is really great. Plenty of support and the training you need. It doesn't stop there...you can train for a 10k also! That's a great idea to find a running partner.   3. Hello! My name is Jackie. I'm a thirty something, single mother of three. I've always wanted to be a runner. Just never put all of my effort in and I couldn't go running without the kids. I've tried other exercises, I love walking also. But I want something for me, something to make a part of my lifestyle, something that will keep me healthy for years to come, something I could fall in love with for myself. I want running to be my "break-free", my release. I heard someone talking about the app and immediately checked it out. After Day 1 of C25k, I'm hooked. It was hard. Not only because it was my first time trying it but also because I was pushing about 50lbs in front of me.
