  1. Thanks! I know it won't happen over night (although I wish itwould) but let's be honest I didn't get to this point overnight so I know it won't happen overnight. My fear is that I'll get frustrated and/or fall off track (as I have many times before) and not get back on track :-(
  2. Just downloaded the app on recommendation of a co-worker (who runs half marathons all the time). I've always been an active person playing softball, basketball, etc. However, I've never really been a small person. I'm currently about 75 pounds over weight and terrified to start(feel like I'm setting myself up to fail). But I feel I need to do this for my health, confidence and to be a good role model for my patients (I'm a physical therapist assistant). Any words of advice and/or motivation are GREATLY appreciated!
  3. I just downloaded the c25k app by recommendation of a friend but, oh boy, I am nervous! I've never liked running and I am significantly over weight right now (about 80pounds). Any tips/advice/motivation anyone has is greatly appreciated! Have any of you been in a similar starting point? If so, how did you do it?
