I lost 90lbs about 5 years ago and was in the best shape of my life. Then I went to Nursing school and my whole life changed. I gained it all back and didn't have the time or motivation while working nights. I now realize it is enough excuses and changes are needed although at a slower pace than my previous 3 hr per day workouts. I want to do my first 5k and run the whole thing so I have to start somewhere. Time to motivate myself and my children! Let's get this journey started!
