Hello!
I can currently run one mile without stopping in less than 9 minutes. After that, it's a push to run more. I don't know which app to begin with? I'd eventually like to be at the place where I can run half a marathon, but I don't know if I should start easy, or push myself right away.
Also, if I were to start on like the 5k app and finish it, would I begin the 10k app right at day 1? Or how do most people do it?
