  1. Thanks. Just didn't know if the lifting and running could be done since I am supposed to take a day off between on C25K.
  2. I am new to the C25K program and have a question.... How do I go about lifting weights and running on this program? Everything I have seen says to take a day off between runs to let your body recuperate. This is normal for weightlifting also. How can i do this program and still lift? Any suggestions or ideas?
