  1. Background on me. I ran track in high school and hated every moment of it. That being said, my coach liked to pretend I was a distance runner instead of a sprinter. Now that I'm older, and severely overweight, I'm turning to running as a way to get back in shape. My roommate is one of those daily 20 mile run people, and I feel terrible when he goes out for a run and I sit on the couch. So I'm going to start running with him. Maybe not that distance, or speed, but at least I'll be out and off my butt.

  2. Ashamed to say this nearly killed me but I managed it without stopping on the run section. Must learn to stretch properly before hand. Anyone got any stretches I should do before running?
