So frustrated that I can't get MFP and this app to connect! That is why I bought this app so that I could sync the two up. Like the earlier comment, when in MFP I hit connect button and it takes me to zen lab home page. I've sent question to zen lab but no response. Anyone come up with a solution that might help me out quick? Step by step would be nice. Thanks!1 point -

So I have had this happen on my andriod device before, I found that restarting my device before I run and making sure that there are no background apps open would solve this. Hope that helps you1 point -
So I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I contacted support and restarted my phone. It seems to work if im inside on the treadmill, but when im running outside, usually after around 20 minutes it stops. And I am waiting for the next prompt and it never happens. Thats when I isually look at my phone and notice its not on.1 point
