I started yesterday and let me tell you, I can't stand it....BUT I am doing it because I need to and deep down inside I feel good about it. Yesterday was rough....did not complete it. Today was worst, but I did complete it. The sweat strangely feels good. Cannot do it without music. Gotta have the music. But I must say, I love this app. I just hate the exercise.
