Guest Danielle Report post Posted December 19, 2014 I've been living for years with pain in my lower right back anytime I'm walking or standing more than 10 minutes. When I'm sitting it's not painful. Recently I was told by a chiropractor that it's likely a problem with my SI Joint. I love running and don't tend to notice the pain as much when I'm out for a run as I do when I'm just walking around. I'm not sure why.. Maybe I run shorter distances than I walk, maybe I'm more distracted, maybe my posture is different during a run..? Even still, I don't want to risk injuring myself further by running. I was wondering if anyone has similar issues or could offer any tips or advice on SI Joint pain and fitness. Thanks in advance
