JeremyG 0 Posted March 5 Report Share Posted March 5 I easily got through weeks one and two but after three days of week three I still can't complete the five minute runs without slowing to a walk. When that happens to me, I go back to the last one I successfully did and do it again, jogging just a little more past when it tells me to walk....maybe two driveways further.
