Resistance Band Push-Up is also a very Helpful exercise!!!
It’s like a random push-up but a little intense or harder. This move works your chest and triceps to improve your upper body strength.

Wrap the resistance band around your back, under your shoulders.

Get into a plank position.

Maintaining the plank position, lower your body until it’s just above the floor.

Push back up. (You should feel the tension of the resistance band at the top of the movement.) 

Try 8-12 reps.
