Hello. I'd like to hear about people's day 1 to where you're at now. I need encouragement. I just started on day one and could barely complete it. I'd love to be the person a month from now saying "I used to be just like you a month ago, and I am now running 20 mins straight." But frankly, I just don't see myself even being able to run 3 minutes straight.
