New beginning...

Hi DV, Yowza, a torn ACL?   Ouch.  Hope you are ok now and have been cleared to run.

 

You can start anywhere you want to.  If you have not worked out for awhile, then start at the beginning, if it is easy, then go forward.  You know your body.   Your time is great.   Keep me what you do.  These Forums are great motivators.  

 

Also, there is a Topic called General Chat, under that Topic there is an Accountabilty Topic, post there your workouts.
