Hey I'm new here. I just finished week 1 today however I am super out of shape and very overweight so week one was very difficult. On the first day I had to walkthrough 2 and 1/2 minutes of the jogging time. Today however I was able to jog through it all it just wasn't easy and I felt like I was dying by the end LOL. My question is should I repeat week 1 since I haven't done any real cardio in many years due to injuries?

Only you can really decide but if it helps any, more than a few of us have repeated a week. I don’t believe the program is a “cookie cutter” that everyone will fall into exactly. Go at your own pace! Don’t give up, you got this

I did week 1, then week 1, then week 2 then tried week 3 and went back to 2, then did week 2, and today finished week 1 again. So that's a total of 6 weeks to date - and I'll be starting week 2 again on Monday.

I'm at the point where most of the time I can run for a full minute and, if it's not up hill and I'm having a good day, I can run for a minute and a half.

An important note if you are keeping track of your runs:  When you do a day or week over, it erases what you've done, so you might want to write down your runs (dates, times, and distances) on paper or in a program like Fitbit or Google Fit, etc.

Silver Pie, I totally got where you were coming from. I have a friend doing this with me so we agreed to repeat week one. I'm so motivated right now I'm wanting to push so hard but I know what an injury can do to derail you so I'm slowing down a smidge lol. Thank you all for your help and encouragement!
