Hello everyone! I am on week 4 day2 and absolutely love this app! I can't believe I am actually doing it. Im 46 years old! I've got my entire family doing it with me. My question is how can I do over again the days I've done already w out loosing my progress. I'm afraid I'll erase everything. In addition to being afraid I won't be able to do week 5 w out doing week 4 forever lol

I think when you redo a day it just resets that day...  

I just finished week 5.  YOU CAN DO IT.  Give yourself permission to slow your pace for the 20 minute jog... And speed up when you feel your confidence go....  I did week 5 day 1and2 twice before my mind was ready to take on day 3 and the 20 minute jog...

Today begins my second week, but I I'm doing a do-over of the first week, because I can't really run more than a minute at a time right now. I have the Google Fit app and I put my progress in there. Unfortunately Google Fit doesn't let c25k automatically write the information even though it says it has given c25k permission. But it's really easy to put it in by hand.

So even though I have lost my progress on the c25k app, I still have it recorded in Google Fit.
