Hello All,

Today I started the using the 100 Push-Ups and 20 Pull-Ups apps.  Looking/Dreading the journey ahead.  I've got a little bit before Pushups get challenging but Pull-Ups were difficulty today immediately.  I look forward to growth.

Showing up is 90% the battle for me.  Thank you all!

Nice!

I didn't realize there was a pull ups app too! Just downloaded it. Now if I can only figure out where to do pullups without a gym membership...

Also, I find it kinda odd that the app expects you to be able to do 9 right off the bat.. might just be me though since I've always had a bit of a weaker back.
