Hi I started this challenge as a way to improve my health mentally and physically. I’ve been a type 1 diabetic for over 40 years and am finding the control harder as I get older so decided to mess it up even more by trying this out. I keep starting week 3 and having to pause for my diabetes to settle but I am hoping this week will be the one where I get to the end. Also realised I need to limit the number of wines I have before a morning run. So determined and positive and loving life x
