Getting Into Fitness Because of Job

Hello! 

I'm new to this forum, and new to working out in general. I've recently graduated college and landed a desk job. I sit at a desk for 8 hours every day. It's rough sometimes, but it has made me realize that I need to focus on my health and fitness habits when I'm not working. I don't want to develop any bad habits from my new job. 

I'm excited to be a part of this forum! I hope to learn a lot about health and fitness from everyone.
