15 year old female wanting to lose weight

Hello, my name is Lily and I am wanting to lose weight. I am around 180 pounds and really want to get down to a healthy weight. I am going to start training for track season so I have a lot of time to prepare, around 7 months. I have a treadmill in my garage so I will be using that for my runs. For food I dont have a lot of healthy things available so I cant really go on a diet. I was wondering if someone could help me with my workouts and a work-around fot my food situation.

Lily you don't need a special diet or food to lose weight.  Just track everything you eat. Write it down. You need to burn more calories than you consume. Do that and you will lose weight.  I've lost 40 pounds since April simply tracking everything I eat and making sure I keep my calories below what I burn. I usually try to keep calories between 1200-1400. It works.

As Calories said, you don't need a special diet. Just keep a tab on what you eat and don't have "snacks".

You should also do strength training like Pushups and Situps to help you burn fat. Running alone is not enough.

Been trying many methods of burning fat, i realized not everyone can go into vigorous jogging or running to burn their fat, but medical is another alternative for burning fat, i have been on pills for the past two weeks which i found very effective, on this page LOSE WEIGHT it help a lot.

If you are really looking the right way how to lose weight you need to combine exercise and proper nutrition.
