Hello, my name is Lily and I am wanting to lose weight. I am around 180 pounds and really want to get down to a healthy weight. I am going to start training for track season so I have a lot of time to prepare, around 7 months. I have a treadmill in my garage so I will be using that for my runs. For food I dont have a lot of healthy things available so I cant really go on a diet. I was wondering if someone could help me with my workouts and a work-around fot my food situation.

Thanks

-Lily

Lily you don't need a special diet or food to lose weight.  Just track everything you eat. Write it down. You need to burn more calories than you consume. Do that and you will lose weight.  I've lost 40 pounds since April simply tracking everything I eat and making sure I keep my calories below what I burn. I usually try to keep calories between 1200-1400. It works.

As Calories said, you don't need a special diet. Just keep a tab on what you eat and don't have "snacks".

You should also do strength training like Pushups and Situps to help you burn fat. Running alone is not enough.

If you are really looking the right way how to lose weight you need to combine exercise and proper nutrition. For example products like this https://whatroseknows.com/floraspring-reviews/ can help you a lot on your way to sucess. I’m not a betting man, but I’m willing to bet you a virtual internet high five, that if you spend the next 30 days doing everything you can use that medication. Cause i know it will help you 100%.

Hello i am making this post to recommend a product i recently purchased in order to improve my cardio/wasitline plus weight loss after the xmas period, I have a busy schedule so finding time to fit cardio into my life can be challenging this coupled with working from home has really reduced my cardio work from the start of the lockdown. The product in question is a weighted hula hoop this has helped me massively as i only need to use it for roughly half an hour and I am already seeing noticeable improvement in my all-round fitness and a reduced waistline to boot! the product i purchased which i will link is also cheap and easily accessible and modular to accommodate to my size which was a primary concern. plus, the product is comfortable considering it is plastic, I thought i would make this post to help anyone who is in a similar predicament schedule wise to me and to show that there is no reason not to improve in the right direction as i have already lost a stone and a half in combination with a good diet . I will leave a link to the hula hoop in this post.  https://www.amazon.co.uk/weighted-trainer-fitness-adjustable-design/dp/B08LN7CTJK/ref=sr_1_1?crid=22TSUIC0VYPPC&keywords=B08LN7CTJK&qid=1642524247&sprefix=b08ln7ctjk%2Caps%2C178&sr=8-1

Because of its efficacy, minimal side effects, availability, and affordability, modafinil is commonly prescribed to patients with sleep disorders. It is important to note, however, that it will not completely relieve the sleepiness, but it will significantly help.

Increasing your water intake is an easy and low-effort strategy to speed up weight loss.

In fact, a low-calorie diet combined with extra water consumed prior to meals resulted in 44% more weight loss over a 12-week period, according to one study.

According to research, drinking more water may help you lose weight by boosting your metabolism and temporarily increasing the number of calories your body burns after meals.

Drinking 16.9 fluid ounces (500 ml) of water after 30–40 minutes increased metabolism by 30% in one trial of 14 individuals.
For best results, drink at least 34–68 fluid ounces (1–2 liters) of water per day to maximize weight loss.
