3dubs 1 Report post Posted August 8, 2017 Hi Fellow Runners, i just graduated from the 10K trainer and ran my first race. I am now signed up for my first half marathon in November. Any thoughts on where to begin the training in the 13.1 trainer as I feel like I am going backwards if I start on Day 1 Week 1. Guest Seripanther Report post Posted August 10, 2017 I kind of felt that way . . . I decided to rush through the first few weeks, doubling up on workouts to get ahead. And then I blew out my knee.
