Hi all,

i started C25K about a year ago and I made it to the end! After I finished I stopped running, stopped working out, and stopped eating right. It's time for that to change... again. I know I have done it once. I want to be there again and go further. So here is to running. :)

Good luck! I'm in the same boat as you! Was running a 5k once a month for a year and last year had a trainer then slowly drifted away. Started the app today hoping to keep myself motivated!
