New guy here...

Hey everyone!  New to the forum.  Runner in a previous life, since then I've added a few too many lbs and I'm determined to get the weight off.  For 2017 I've decided to change my diet, drink less alcohol and start running again.  I've run everything from a 5k to a marathon and the C25K program seems to be a good spot to start again and hopefully remain injury free.


I've got a bad knee and training for my last marathon is what did me in.  Haven't run consistently in years, but am dying to do so again.


Appreciate any support and willing to return the favor!
