I am new

Hi! I am "vertically challenged" too! : ) I just found this app and downloaded it today. I will try to start this week. I know I have at least 50 lbs. to lose to be in the healthy weight range for my body size since I am short too. Just like you, i'd like to be healthy. I want to do it for myself and for my children and future grandchildren. Do you have any tips on how to avoid being hungry all the time? That's what I'm struggling with now.
