Hi all just a quick question.. I'm about to hit week 8 and although I'm now jogging 28 mins and actually walk 10 mins at the end I've become static in my weight loss I'm a big girl and lost 10lbs so far but considering I have about 4 stone to go so don't really understand it! I run X3 per week and have a healthy diet I do have hypothyroidism but this is controlled with meds any ideas welcome!! Thanks

I feel like, as women, our bodies try very hard to keep a certain weight, especially as we get older. Loosening 80lbs when I was 22 vs now that I'm 27 is way different. I try to mix it up, not let my body become too accustomed to a routine. Muscle memory can be a useful tool but also a worst enemy when you are trying to slim down.

What worked for me in the past was eating every two to three hours, something with some kind of food stuff in it and it kept my motabalisim running strong. When I feel hungry, I eat, but stop eating 2-3 hours before bed. I found that grazing most of the day and eating a couple good meals really helped. Obviously if you are working out, give your body what' it needes. If you don't eat enough while your so active, your body might try to hold on to the weight more.
