Just started out! I've never been a runner. Like ever. It's been a personal motto that I don't run unless I'm being chased. But I've read great reviews of this app so I figured why not try it out. I'm terrible at motivating myself and know that I need to drop a few pounds and get my body into shape if I want to be healthy. Anybody have any motivation tips?
