Broken toe!!!

OUCH!!!   You need to rest up that toe...  Yikes..   Only workout when it does not hurt you!  

I broke my foot a few months ago, But I can ride my stationary bike and lift weights, yay!!  

So, if you can do that, do it!  But rest is important!   Hope it gets better!!!
