Anyone else obese?

Run/ walking is a key part of my program to stay fit. The other key part is diet. I have lost nearly 20 lbs since starting this (2.5 months ago) and I can run 10 km (6.2 miles).So I say it works.


You have to make time in your schedule for this because it is so important; and you need running shoes that fit.

I can relate to this topic. I am 50 + pounds overweight. I decided two weeks ago by reading about an upcoming 5K in February that I was going to "do it". Just like that I made my mind up. I searched for an app and this one was right up my alley as I had been permanently stuck to the couch.

I just completed W2 today and words cannot describe how excited I am.

One foot in front of the other at your own pace not any one else's. Good luck to you my friend!
