Hi Kitty.


Proud of you for getting out there. Maybe just do the hilly run here and there and try and increase your stamina with them. Im so used to running hills here.


It will be good to try some hills as any race you enter might have some. I get a kick out of running at low altitude, i can run forever as I train at 5800 feet.


Maybe try some speed drills. Never worry either. Try and run a hill, walk some of it, and you will get stronger. Good luck!!! Leg me know how you do.
