Back to the beginning in Ohio

I completed C25k about five years ago and eventually went on to run two half marathons. I'm not fast, but I was doing pretty well. After my second half marathon in 2012, I took a break which was supposed to be a few days and turned into about three years. I'm starting up again. I remember why I started running in the first place - it feels good! Well, it doesn't always feel good at the time, but it usually feels good afterwards. To anyone just starting out, trust the program. It works. I'm an out of shape forty-something woman, and if I can do this, I think you can too!
