Can practice another excersises with this program?

Hi eveyone this my first day I understand that i have to run one day and the next is off(am I right?) So can i practice another excersises like walking, bik or swimming?

For your information I'm 112 kg=247 pound and 183 cm tall =6 feet

Cross training is a great day to round off your work out :) Zen labs have apps for abs legs butts and arms its great for strength training. Dont be afraid to lift weights too. Building muscle, along with a good diet, can really help burn fat.
