Hello :) my advice try and finish week four if by the end mentally youre still not ready repeat week 4 until its easy like week three. That way youre still building endurance and prepping for week five. Hope this helps!

Today i just finished W3D3 and Thurday will be my W4D1.  It looks a little intimidating to me as well. I will let you know how it was if you need some motivation just remember why you started running.  Your Just like all of us, wanting to be healthier happier, and just know that we will be behind you cheering as you make the progress forwards.
