25 and 90 pounds overweight

Hi! Im a 25/yo female. Im trying to be a healthier person and loose weight because my health depends on it. Im a little scared but I know I can do it with the right motivation. I do like to do 5k Walks throughout the year for cancer but one day I would actually like to RUN instead of walk. This app was recommended to me and it seems pretty good. I hope it works for me. Trust me this is the best step you can make for your body. Remember to take it one day at a time :)
