Weight loss

Hello Ruth :)

I lost all my weight running and eating right. I started when I was 157 January of last year by the time I graduated I had lost fifteen pounds. Since then Im down to 130ish. I have plateaued a bit there unfortunately but am still chipping away at it. 

Everyone is different though so your body may lose weight fast or slower than mine. The most important thing is that you are HEALTHY. Being heart strong and fit is much better than being skinny. Thats what I tell myself when I find Im focusing too much on the number on the scale.

About six pounds in just over a month.  I started at 197 and I'm just under 5' 8" - 191 after my last workout.  My target is around 150.  I just keep imagining how much easier running will be when I'm not carrying this 45 pound backpack on my front.
