Yep I strength train, Nike + has a great app that I use religiously I love it. I also do yoga depending on how sore or tired I am. Its great for relaxing the body and getting it ready for my next work out

Definitely strength training. Body shape. Total body shaping. Hike, bike, swim, I will have one down day a week. A small workout int he am and then I make sure I rest my body. You really want to surprise your body all the time and not get complacent and it gets used to the same thing. Then we plateau.
