Day 1 Week 2

Heavy rain stopped play yesterday, so up at 5.30am to complete day 1 of week 2. Determined to do this despite being a middle aged woman who has always found an excuse not to exercise! I eat a healthy diet and my health is very important to me, hence me wanting to get fit. Would love to hear from anyone at the same stage as me, or from those who can remember what it's like to be at at week 2 - any hints and tips most welcome
