Turned on my music and off the program and went for a run just for the sake of it. Had my strava on silent to measure distance and times. Got 2x personal bests, 2x2nd best and 2x 3rd best. Very happy - back on track!!!!

W10D1 done today. Think I did quite well to finish it but my knees on the inner side have started hurting a little while running. First time ever. Any thoughts?

Perhaps your core strength is leading to a change in gait or your body isn't quite adjusted to the distances. I found that a bunch of muscles become sore after 5 km.

What did you do to fix it Rob?

I've been working with a physical theraptist. They gave me a core strengthening routine (my Gluteus Medius muscles are weak which causing problems for my feet and knees).
