15/45 interval run for 30 minutes - was a bit easier this time. Will up it next time.

That's good to hear. My foot was acting up after my run...it feels much better today. Will hit a 5K tomorrow.

You can do it Blayne ◡̈ Mind over matter. I was in a similar position but what I didn't realise was that I had finished w2 and was running w3 without realising and was wondering why there were no audio cues only to realise it was w3. I was pleasantly surprised that I managed it. :)

Turned on my music and off the program and went for a run just for the sake of it. Had my strava on silent to measure distance and times. Got 2x personal bests, 2x2nd best and 2x 3rd best. Very happy - back on track!!!!
