WK3 DY3 C210K flying I'm back with Zen Labs gr8 stuff. Big hello from South Africa. My run starts 05:00 am up early good morning fit and healthy people.

Running more often may help but in my experience it didnt help me. Running every day only wore my body out quicker so my distance and time both suffered.

Everyone hits THE WALL. Keep trying and try to stay positive. Running is extremely mental so if your brain gives up so will your body. Visualize and Conquer. Trust me it works :) good luck!

I did w8d3 last night, so have finished!! I'm going to keep working on my 5k times until I get them where I want them. Endurance first, speed later. Well, speed is now for me. Great job everyone!!

At first my right foot was driving me crazy but now it has become used to distance.

 

You'll find that if you follow the program it'll prepare you for a 10K. Since you nailed W7D1 you find the next 5K gets easier. Btw, good job.
