Today was week 9 day 3 of the 10k program. It was extremely difficult to do today. I thought I had burnt out my legs doing Squats yesterday but it wasn't that. Ends up being gas weighing me down. After it started coming out everything was so much better and I finished in a better place then I started.

Tomorrow is back to pushups and Squats then a well deserved rest day.

So glad to hear that! I'm repeating week 2 this week because last week was pretty rough on me. Going to do w3d1 on Tuesday (Saturday, I have to do elliptical because kids will be home, so I'm going to do one final time on w2d3)

 

Good luck! I'm hoping that w3 goes well for me when I get there. W2 is finally feeling better today.

I hope all is well! I finally "graduated" from C25k. I'm totally proud of myself for not giving up on this goal! I started this journey to get back in shape and l'm ending it with a new found love for running !

I'm BACK! 

Took a year off of C25K due to a move, a new job, and lots of other little things. Today I finished my first round of week 2 (I do each week twice before moving on).

W1D1 with this app today.  I've been doing some interval training on the treadmill for the last two weeks but this app is better.  I enjoy running outside and the app makes me stick to a set amount of running time.  Super humid day today with dense fog so I'm sure that was part of my issue with getting enough air but I pushed through.  I'm proud that I made it through the 30 minutes.
