Yes Shannon it feels so good. I hope I will physically be able to keep going I was looking ahead and saw how long we will be running it seems like so much but I guess I will live for just today and keep my positive attitude. I am so excited to take this ride (run) with y'all.

Just finished week 2 day 2 it was very difficult so was day 1 for week 2 I am now running where I was walking my first week ni stamina. although I started the Atkins diet a week ago I think it might be tougher when on very low on carbs. Last week was a breeze. I did lose close to 6 pounds this past week. Of course most of it is water. No wooohooo this week for me. ;)

6 LBs???, well heck, be thrilled that is awesome. 6lbs is 6lbs. I'm so happy for you. Atkins diet is a good one. I like fruit, so I do the Paleo one all the way. One day a week I eat pasta or wild rice. I gotta. Lol. You are doing amazing and I am so proud of you. Keep up the good work.

Deadlift 3x5 @135lbs (Going half weight due to shoulder injury)

Bodyweight Lunges: 3x16

Reverse Crunches: 3x10

Superman exercise: 3x15 sec

 

Still unable to do pull ups and most barbell exercises. 3 weeks now. Shoulder injuries take forever to heal :(

Well done everyone!

I've just finished week 2, I'm down 5 lbs since I started, it's getting easier the less weight I have to pull along!

A bit freaked out about the 3 minutes jog in week 3; found the 90 seconds hard going the first 2 workouts last week but not gonna try to run far, just gonna try to keep going!

As for the 3 minute jog, I'd like to ask you to read this. It's theory i have and it's quickly gaining support of others who have tried itl.

Thanks guys! Well I just did week 3 day 1 and I kept going! My distance wasn't as far as last week but I didn't stop jogging, although I was slower. Would never have thought 3 weeks ago that I'd be able to jog for 1 minute, let alone 3!

Thanks for the advice Az - I just focused on putting one foot in front of the other and then the time was up before I knew it.
