Where should I start?

Guest Excited to be running!

is it necessary to start at week one? I can already jog 25-30 mins without stopping I have never done it consistently/daily but I feel as though starting at week one will be too easy.

I am thinking of staring at week 5 or 6.

Would that be setting myself up for injury or should I just start where I feel I will be a little more challenged?
